Because our services involve skilled human time and expertise, work that has been performed is non-refundable. This is standard practice in professional services, and we think it’s fair.
That said, we are not the kind of agency that disappears. If something isn’t right, we want to know. We will work with you to make it right.
Deposits and Retainers
Deposits paid to begin a project are applied to the work performed. If a project is cancelled before work begins, deposits may be refunded at our discretion. Once work has commenced, deposits are non-refundable.
Monthly retainer fees cover the period for which services are rendered and are non-refundable once that period has begun.
